2. Privacy in short
Your images are processed inside your browser, on your own device. They are never uploaded to us, and we cannot see them.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, or any other kind of tracking. We do not have user accounts, so we do not hold any personal data about you.
3. What is stored in your browser
To remember your choices, the app saves some data in your browser's local storage: language, theme, compressor settings and presets, AI preferences and, only if you choose so, your Gemini API key. The Library saves your AI results in your browser's database (IndexedDB).
This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us. You can remove your key and Library entries in the app, or delete everything at once by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
4. AI features (Google Gemini)
The AI Studio is optional. When you use it, a reduced copy of your image and your instructions are sent directly from your browser to Google's Gemini API with your own API key. We do not receive or store them.
Google processes that data as an independent provider under its own terms and privacy policy. On Gemini's free tier, Google may use what you send to improve its products, so do not use the AI with confidential images unless you have a paid Google plan.
5. Hosting
The website files are served by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Like any web server, it may record technical access data (IP address, browser and time of the request) for security and to keep the service running. To protect the site against attacks, it may also set a strictly necessary security cookie, which is not used to track you. This is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure website. The provider may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by law.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, and to restrict or object to its processing, by writing to the contact email above. Because the app does not collect personal data, in most cases there will be nothing for us to delete. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Terms of use
KromaSEO is free and provided as is, without any warranty. Keep a copy of your original files: we are not responsible for any loss of data or quality.
You must hold the rights to the images you process. Text generated by AI may contain mistakes: review it before publishing.
The name KromaSEO, the design and the code of this website belong to its owner. Your images and results are yours.
8. Applicable law
This website is governed by Spanish law. If the translations differ, the Spanish version prevails.
